Unhappy Meals: How to Destroy Yourself Part XXL
I was loving it! There's something strange within this sentence, huh? After visiting Washington D.C. this week I have noticed that no place I ever went to in my Life have more Sonics, Big Boys, Mc Donald's, B.K's, Taco Bell's, A&W's, Kentucky Fried Chicken's just to mention a few! So Washington D.C. is crazy about Fast Food and its not only the capital of the U.S. its the capital of Junk Food as well. What I'm actually going to say Maggots is that Destroy Yourself's philosophy and humankind are like chalk and cheese together. Let me cite a passage from our "Live The Destroyed Way Of Life"-philosophy "...WE DID IT AND ALWAYS DO IT: DRIVE FAST, SMOKING, DRUG ABUSE AND ALL THESE TOTALLY BADASS THINGS WHO SHORTENS UP OUR LIFE..." Maybe I should add a Cheeseburger to this after a couple of days in Washington D.C.? I didn't got to get any kind of tasty fresh food. That was kind of sad Maggots.
As we all know Fast Food isn't very healthy but the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine has released a very profounding commercial about my prob in Washington D.C.

So whats ya think? How unhealthy is the McDonald’s menu? The world’s largest fast-food chain serves a long list of high-fat, high-cholesterol items and offers almost no healthful choices, according to an analysis with dietitians with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM). Even many McDonald’s items that consumers may believe are healthful salads, for example are generally high in calories, fat, and sodium.
The Big Mac, the chain’s signature sandwich, packs a walloping 540 calories and 29 grams of fat—but it is hardly the most unhealthful item on the menu. Here are five McDonald’s menu items with more fat and calories than a Big Mac:
